Superb transparent lustrous blue prismatic orthorhombic crystals of barite to 8.0 cm in length are forming an aesthetic 9.2 x 5.6 x 2.7 cm cluster with very little attached matrix. Shows well all around 360 degrees and damage-free. From the famous find in 1989 by Bryan Lees. Sits perfectly for display as shown in the photos. Ex Lloyd Tate collection. Superb large amber colored lustrous tabular terminated barite crystal, the base "ringed" with grayish white flattened rhombohedral crystals of calcite to 2.5 cm in size. Shows well all around and very clean of damage. An outstanding large crystal from the 1999 find measuring 11.0 x 8.3 x 5.2 cm in size overall. Ex Lloyd Tate collection. A crystallized colorless transparent quartz "matrix" measuring 5.5 x 5.2 x 2.0 cm in size, this scattered on top with brilliant glassy translucent blue crystals of fluorapatite to 0.7 cm in size. Minor muscovite in association. Damage is present to one of the crystals in the cluster of fluorapatite at lower left. The extent of this is visible in the photos. All of the prominent crystals are perfect. Great color contrast with the blue fluorapatite on the colorless quartz. Ex Lloyd Tate collection.
